Me and my team, we have been working on putting down a course together that will address the challenges/problems that people are experiencing at their work places and in personal life. After doing long research we have been able to put together this course which we have named as, 'Beyond Limits: Scientific Strategies to Unlock Your Full Potential'.
In the first module we learn about dealing with anxiety, depression and procrastination and converting these negative things into positive super-powers. What really happens in our body and mind when we experience anxiety, fear and worry. We all know that procrastination is bad and the ideal time to do that important task never comes and yet we can't stop postponing the works that are important for us.
Can you imagine that there are secret advantages/benefits of being depressed and anxious? These benefits depend upon how you respond to the anxiety stressing points & reasons. If we think at a deeper lever, we find a surprising truth.
What are the four P's, the rewards we get when we are inactive and depressed. How to have a conversation with yourself and what to do when self-talk doesn't work?
CBT: Cognitive behaviour Therapy is no more only a scientific concept but now it is a part of a common man's everyday life and we will explore CBT with regards to thoughts, emotions and feelings.
And what do you think about the Motivation? How many times it has happened that your motivation to do a difficult task with consistency has faded away just after a few days from the day you started?
What exactly is motivation and do we need it every time and for every work/task? We will study the popular myths about motivation, anxiety and depression, we will also learn about laziness or procrastination versus motivation. We will study that work-life balance is an illusion what it means to be locked in 'up versus down mode'. And what exactly is neuroplasticity and how understanding neuroplasticity we can solve our deepest problems and break free from years of addictions.
We all have certain things about our personality that we hate and want to get rid of these as soon as possible in any way possible but in the course, we will discuss why even these negative sides of our personality are important for our complete growth: that means we will study about hidden intelligence. Do we have just one mind or do we all experience multiple personality disorders from time to time? And can we be a parent of our own selves in order to control the different personalities pulling us in multiple directions at the same time which ends into anxiety, depression, mood swings, inactive, energy-less, procrastination?
At the end we will study the latest scientific data and methods to quit harmful habits. Understanding the root-cause of addiction and breaking ourselves free with the newest tested and proven scientific methods. And we will study a tool that they teach to pilots in aviation and air-forces, the tool that will not fail you no matter what. And at last, we will study if we are capable of pushing our limits further to achieve more in career and life.
